Because the breaches we get are ridiculous,the crime doesn't fit the punishment all the time here.
From not even wearing the right shoes to bringing a jacket been and gettingw seen not to be wearing it then getting breached $500.Come on! What are we criminals?? I'm glad this is changing as it's just common sense which is severely lacking with these current breaches.

Perhaps the players should come up with a way of fining the less than adequate people that come up with these outrageous amounts when they make a wrong decision or make a mistake?
