I live in Abbotsford and what you say is completly correct. I worry everytime I leave my home as I feel all my moves are being watched. It is not possible for me to vary my comings and goings as I work set hours.

Totally agree as I stay in the complex opposite. The spaza shop first of all makes the area look untidy and then of course, the unwanted hanging around and as you say, keeping a good eye for who comes and goes......Need I say more
