I do not agree with the way the vote was handled. If there was a chance of it being a bias vote, the vote should of never been counted. I believe that just because he said it wasn't biased don't make it true.

The 2 commisioners broke the law by habit Skip vote, in the commisioners conduct book it states that a county council should of replaced Skip for his vote due to the lawsuit.... This is a class D felony it states this in the commisioners conduct book, this book is available at the court house for anyone to get and take home. We tge voters are the boss of the commisioners and if we think his vote is questionable, we fight it!!!!!

He shouldn't have had a vote on this matter. Definitely a conflict of interest.

due to the fact that she has a lawsuit against mr evans then I think that he shouldn't have had a vote that is a conflict of interest in my view.

Her work ethic & productivity should be the only thing taken into consideration here. Skip should not have been allowed to vote PERIOD, there is an open lawsuit, common sense would tell anyone that, let alone this handbook that states they violated their own rules.

the people of clinton co, will have the last word in this matter, NOT skip evans.

she was trained by the best, "Mr. Howe" bet he is shaking his head right now saying, "What is wrong with these people". County home isn't a profit serving facility, don't think it was ever meant to be. Do they really think someone else can do it better, or is it they just want Tina out.

Asking him if there was a conflict of interest would not be productive if, in fact, he had a conflict of interest. The questioning made no sense.

I believe Evans should not have voted; but without his vote, it seemingly would have been 1-1. Who, then, would cast the tie-breaker?

The president in the County Council would of had the deciding vote.
