I have recently discovered that this person Dec l believe he's called is now making deliveries to St Dials shops in Cwmbran he spotted there in the week dropping off supplies if this stuff is legal and he is allowed to do this, why are we paying the police and local governments 'if there's nothing to be done! The guy who owns this shop has no morals he will continue unless we the citizens take a stand and throw him out of our local areas!!
