What happened to the funding the casinos are suppose to provide for education in Michigan / Detroit? Is the funding going towards schools outside of Detroit? The citizens impacted by the presence of the casinos attend schools in Detroit, MI, RHS being one of them. If anything, more money needs to be going towards RHS and other DPS schools.
