Disgraceful unnecessary bureaucracy. Hare hatch Sheeplands is a vital part of the community. It provides a tremendous service not to mention community feel about it. Cannot believe the shortsighted nature of this decision. I though both governments were in favour of initiative and business enterprise. clearly I was wrong.
