What about the $800,000 that was just put into the arbitration fund? If you have decided that grievances are "too costly" or "unwinnable", maybe it's time you came to grips with the fact the UNION and GRIEVANCES are like cake and ice cream. What's one without the other? |

hey everyone I noticed NCAA is trying to create a new rule making xc teams go from 17 runners per team to 10 and track also is getting decreased from 45 to 35 runner per team. I believe that these sports are not just about money but are about the great community and people around these sport. And in doing such a rule change will truly hurt the sport more then it will help it in the long run. So let's fight and stop this rule as a community!!!...
