Ban a breed but bites still INCREASING hmm wonder why. Their are plenty of articles and stats that demonstrate this. It doesn't work as people are still not being educated about dogs and how to act and take care of them properly. Treating an animal as if it were human is also a large factor as to why incidents happen. Letting your child climb on, ride, pull tails, tease a dog causes incidents to happen. Banning a breed is not the answer. Why do you think the retarded bans are being lifted everywhere that had them. To bad Quebec is being stupid and banning a breed because a few ppl are idiots and not responsible. You would think they would of learned by all the other places that had bans that is doesn't work. It just kills peoples innocent pets that have done nothing wrong. Way to go backwards Quebec. Someday maybe Ontario and Quebec will come to their senses and lift this atrocity of unnecessary deaths. Owning a dog should come with a license to do so since there are so many people that dont give a shit. Mandatory dog training classes different levels for different breeds. Random check in on dogs would also ensure less animal abuse. This will stop bites, attacks and will also have less people with dogs because only people who truly want a dog would comply with stricter rules. Not everyone should own a dog, some people shouldn't own certain breeds.
