Subject: Regarding Election for the tenure 2023-2024 in our Society PC-PH  

Dear Sir,            

           This is in reference to the above captioned matter that we are a Society of around 1600 Resident, which got duly registered in 2019 with the Registrar, Meerut.            

           We would like to draw your attention towards the current situation of our society that some selfish resident are doing Politics and don’t want the Election to be conducted for the Tenure 2023-2024 and due to which we the Common Residents are suffering.

           That your goodself has passed the recent order to conduct Election in our society but the previous BOM is not interested in holding Elections and for some reason or the other delaying the process for own their own obvious benefits and making fool of the Residents of the Society.             

           This is to request your goodself, that kindly pass Order to form a Election committee by Calling general body meeting and so that a Free and Fair Election Committee can formed who can expedite the Election Process.
