INVESTIGATION OF THE STOP SIGNS AND SPEED BUMPS ERECTED BEFORE HENWILL

We as road users of the R52 road between Lichtenburg and Putfontein demand the Minister of Transport to investigate the establishment of the stop signs and speed bumps erected before Henwill Chickens. The is a Provincial Road with a drive in to Henwill Chickens. In fact from Henwill Chickens side there must be a stop sign for road users at the T-junction.

There was no communication with the farming community for the establishment of these signs and bumps. The bumps are very high and also not constructed accordingly the act, leading to damaged to some vehicles.

There was already stones put in the road by the farming and / or Henwill workers community on 30 July 2023 just after the stop signs were put up, showing their frustration.

We as users of this road demand the Minister of Transport to intervene and investigate this construction as it was badly planned and will create damage, danger and frustration.
