Stop the violence against children; impose stiffer penalties for child abusers; and the penalty for child abusers and/or shaken baby syndrome.

Please urge your legislators to implement the following policies, that all child abusers placed under investigation for child abuse by any entity, not limited to any one person(s) e.g. The Department of Children and Family, place in permanent law a consistent policy.

PARAMETERS: MORE THAN ONE THAN ONE TIME CASE CHILD ABUSE OFFENDERS

• MANDATORY MONITORING
• NOTIFICATION SENT TO IMMEDIATE PEOPLE, WHO HAVE CHILDREN, WHICH THE ALLEGED ABUSERS ARE IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH.
• IF THEY FAIL TO ABIDE BY THE MANADATORY RESTRICTIONS PUT IN PLACE, AND A TRAGEDY HAPPENS BY THE ACCUSED, THEY SHOULD
NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE A TRIAL, BUT AN AUTOMATIC GUILTY SENTENCE.
