Law against People leaving children and animals in hot cars!

PLEASE sign this petition for it to be a law for people no longer allowed to leave any animal OR child  in a hot car! They need to serve jail time for this! It is too hot for child to be in a car in the heat it is for animals as well. Its  illegal for people to leave kids in a hot car, so we need to make a law for children and animals too. Children and Animals cant speak for themselves we need to step up and speak for them! They can easily die in a matter of minutes! Its hotter inside the car than out! Please share this!
