No bail for Vlottenburg copper cable thieves

The Bonniemile / Polkadraai residents are fed up with the continuous copper cable theft in our area. No electricity for days on end means no business, affecting everyone in the community. It severely affects our livlihoods. We strongly oppose bail as these locals will return to our area and steal the electricity cables again.
