NO MORE MARTIN TYLER FOR FOOTBALL COMMENTARY ON AUSTRALIAN BROADCASTERS

Martin Tyler has had a long career in football commentary, at one time some may even say he was beloved.

However his time has passed, his droning voice like Valium to football watchers in Australia, and given the game times we fans must endure, it just can't continue anymore.

Perhaps co commentary would have helped him, but we want to enjoy the game, and commentary should explain, entertain, add to the spectacle.

If you close your eyes while listening to his commentary you will have no idea what is actually happening in the game. He is literally a distraction, detraction, and he has robbed Australian football fans of proper commentary for the last time.

Thank you, Mr Tyler, you did a great job a long time ago, but that time passed too long ago.

Please sign this petition and let all Australian football broadcasters know that we would prefer any other commentary feed than a Martin Tyler one.
