No Murder in RSA: Amend Constitution for Coporal Panishment to a Murder: Cutting of 4 fingers & place in a special Jail where no Human rights for such an individual, such as 1 meal day,

We would like Parliament to have a referendum voted for, which will allow the Constitution to be amended:

1. That, any murder will have corporal punishment,  where 4 figures are cut upon been found guilty of murder. 

2. An establishment of A special Jail for murders at a desert Place in the the Northern Cape.  Where no Human rights axist for the jail term. E.g 1 meal course a day, no education and no standard health care. Bare minimum can be offered. 

The open Voting of the referendum should be done by Parliament openly before election date of the 29 May 2024, so that we can know who is in support or against. 

Petition starts 18 March 2024 end 10 April 2024 at 24h00. Submission to the Secretary of Parliament on 13 April 2024. Voting before Parliament is dissolved. .
