NSFAS must send list of funded students to Universities "UNISA" so that registrations can be finalised as closing date for registration is only 9 days away

WE WANT ANSWERS. 

Due to lack of proper admin from both the university "Unisa" and NSFAS student are left out to stress about their academics. no one is giving us answers as student. Unisa is ignoring our email, phone calls are being ignored. nsfas is not responding to our emails and they are not responding on their other social pages as they gave those as an alternative for queries and they have closed down their call centre. 

We all have a right to education as right now that right is being violated as we are being ignored.

NSFAS says it is waiting for the Unisa to send them our academic results. Unisa says it is waiting for NSFAS to send them the list of funded student? WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELAY?  Please sort out your admin issues. The NSFAS portal has been giving beneficiaries a problem since 2020 till now. We are nlunable to check our statuses as the portal says it does not recognise our Identity numbers. Please fix this, it has been more than 6 months now.

Registration will be closed on the 12th of March 2021 and only a few student's registrations have been finalised. 2020 fees are still outstanding and the balance has been carried forward to 2021.

Can we be taken seriously. We want to study. Students are suffering. Why is everything taking so long? We have waited long enough and we have been ignored for a long time now.NSFAS needs to open their call centre, IT IS AN ESSENTIAL DEPARTMENT.

PLEASE ASSIST US AS STUDENTS. WE HAVE A RIGHT TO EDUCATION.
