Petition against killing of monkeys in Himachal Pradesh. As humans have destroyed the natural habitat of monkeys and other animals resulting in human-animal conflict, Himachal govt.should stop killing

Due to destruction of natural habitat of animals and regular human inteference in their living, it has led to human-animal conflict.

We urge the Himachal Pradesh government that killing monkeys in Himachal is not the solution to the problem.

Many times hungry monkeys in search of food come to city areas and fields to get their food as in forest areas the fruit trees are cut.

Also that killing animals is not the solution.

We urge Himachal Government to stop the killing and choose compassionate ways as after sterilisation programme the moneky population has already reduced to half.

It is pertinent to note that when feeding them, they do not attack. It is time to choose compassion for animals. We need to co-exist peacefully.
