Petition to Refund Money for the Jio fiber services we were promised but never received

To Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing as a concerned customer Jio fiber services and I wish to address an issue that has been impacting my experience as well as that of many others. I truly value the products and services your company provides, and I believe in your commitment to excellence.

The purpose of this letter is to
request your attention and action towards refunding our hard earned money for the Jio fiber services we paid for but haven’t received.

11th april around 11pm onwards, we the people of Chandannagar, Hooghly, West Bengal were subjected to disconnection of the Jio fiber services in our town. This happened after we had already paid and recharged for the month as majority of us had opted for prepaid services.
Its been ten days since then and so far our connection hasn’t been restored. It has caused all of us enough stress and agony as we are working individuals who depend on the internet for our jobs/ business /other daily essential things.

The behaviour of the local Jio office staff was vile and we were told that there was no way our money can be refunded.
On top of that they are trying to shove Jio Air Fiber down our throat, because apparently that’s the only way out of this issue now which further implies that not only will our money be not refunded for the Jio fiber services we paid for, but we have to shell out a minimum of Rs 5214 for a 30mbps speed of Air fiber for 6 months at one go.

Just like it totally depends on the company to introduce new advanced services, similarly its our prerogative what services we will opt for, since last I checked, this is a free country we live in and your company cannot insist us to get an advanced/ more costlier service when there was no refund for the Jio fiber services we had already paid for!

This issue has caught the attention of a significant portion of your customer base in our town and we believe that addressing it would greatly benefit us all.

I would urge you to address our concerns in restoring the Jio Fiber connection or refunding back our money at the earliest.
By doing so, you can still earn the loyalty of your customers back.

I, along with the undersigned customers who share my concerns, request you to consider our petition and take the necessary steps to rectify the mess Jio Fiber has made. We believe that your commitment to delivering exceptional products and services aligns with our desire for an improved customer experience.
