Resolution minutes of Impumelelo Ladies Burial Society.

1. As per our meeting held on the 27th August 2023 we as members of Impumelelo Ladies burial society agreed on removing Nompumelelo Martha Nikani Id no 8607210985085 and Paballo Phinolia Motlatla Id no 8608080344080 as signatories on our FNB bank account no 63065789663 as they have been withdrawing and stealing our money without our knowledge. They however admitted to stealing the funds from us.

• The newly elected members to take over from the 2 is Zandile Esther Gama Id no 8605031129081 and Ngwanashile Pebetse Diagracia Komane Id  no 8511171010083
• We have contacted the 2 above signatories to avail themselves for the changes and Nompumelelo Martha Nikani adviced that she won't be able to make it to the bank as her child isn't well, we however agreed that she writes a letter stating that she be removed which she also failed to deliver.

The above said members will be dealt with legally once we have regained back the powers of our account as we require a previous detailed bank statement for further investigation of the total amount of money withdrawn.
