Petition to support the operation of Allan Motors

Allan’s Motors Mobile Mechanic carries out services on all types of vehicles. The home base is No 2 Oak Avenue, Noordhoek.  We do servicing of motor vehicles of residents in the immediate area and surrounding areas and no panel beating work is carried out therein.  Furthermore, all work is conducted in a completely enclosed and fenced property mentioned hereabove. There is nothing visible from the immediate street of the abovementioned premises and all vehicles are parked within the secured premises and there is no obstruction to any vehicles on the street.   This petition has been drafted to gather support and to be used in representations that Allan intends making to the City of Cape Town, which has fined Allan and ordered him to cease operating his business, which also supports 3 workers and their families.
