Poor services on waste removal and civic amenity site and inflated council tax costs

So as we have read in the local news the huge costs that we are paying for the removal of fly tipping in and around Hartlepool (See link at the bottom of the page) at a cost of around £1m in past 5 years. We have to ask why this seems to be a problem?

Has anyone tried to get into the Civic amenity site on Burn Road Hartlepool over the last couple of months? Needing to book an appointment, closed most days or it is weather related, and the best one of all COVID!!!! You have zero human contact with workers!!!

Or, are Hartlepool borough council just making up excuses not to allow paying people of the town not to be able to get rid of household waste, so we ask the question, why is Fly tipping costing us, the paying council tax members of our town so much money?

With eyewatering costs and a recent increase again in the cost of the Hartlepool council tax why is it the services they offer for removal of household waste getting worse?

Out of all the waste removal why is it that garden waste bins are only collected once a month and for only half of the year, the council Tax payments are going up and the services of which we are paying for is getting less and Less, are other Local councils around the North East area getting the Same service as we are, i think not?

So please share this link and sign this petition to get the level of service which we deserve for waste removal in Hartlepool, that includes an increase in the garden waste collections and being able to access the Civic Amenity site 7 days per week as we previously could and get value for our money, as we the people of this town are fed up with the poor service which this council offer!
