Public Humiliation to Rapists

Hi

This is Twinkle, I want to drag your kind attention towards the increasing number of rapes in India and justice taking time to be served to victims. The laws in India are not enough strict to compensate a rape victim. Rape is an act but its consequences remains throughout the victim's life. It has been suicidal to many of them. It's been years since India is under the shadow of such a humiliating crime, but justice is not yet satisfyingly served ever.

I personally feel if the laws can't be strict for such a terrific crime, then the RAPISTS must be handed over to public and let public decide, what to do, I know it can't compensate the victim greatly but it will serve a satisfaction to her.

I hereby make a kind request to consider my petition and handover every Rapists to the public.
