Our provincial laws keep us from participating in online competitions on multiple sites (!!!not online casinos!!!).
PLZ sign so Quebec can join the rest of North America in this age of information and globalisation and be able to participate in normal activities such as contests and competitions. NOT LOTTERIES!!!
