Restructure Water Drainage system to Avoid Flood Scenerio

We, the undersigned, are writing to petition for the restructuring of our water drainage system to avoid flood scenarios.

As you know, the people of Kharar and nearby areas have been experiencing an increasing number of flooding events in recent days. These floods have caused widespread damage to property and infrastructure, and have displaced many residents.

We believe that the current water drainage system is not adequate to handle the amount of rainfall and runoff that we are now experiencing. We urge you to take immediate action to restructure the system to make it more resilient to flooding.

Specifically, we recommend the following:

• Widening and deepening existing channels.
• Building new channels or reservoirs.
• Reducing vegetation in floodplains.
• Installing levees, dams, and other barriers.
• Educating the public about flood risks.

We believe that these measures will help to reduce the risk of flooding in our property and infrastructure and protect our residents and property from damage.
