Say No to Cringe Journalism

Today journalism has reached new lows when the leading media houses are competing with each other to become the best comedy channel. Instead of doing ground reporting, they rely on popular sentiment, blowing things out of proportion, breaching privacy, media trials. So much so that it is putting a bad face of India in western media.The reporting done on national TV is laughable to say the least which an educated India is finding hard to tolerate. In the garb of ‘free speech’, what is being served on the table is hate speech, baseless conspiracy theories which is far far away from reality. No body is interested in serving real news because that requires hard work. These media houses with Republic TV as the pioneer has to be stopped and boycotted all together to put an end to this trend.
