Birchleigh North and Norkem Park is in complete darkness. We, the community demand that MMC LESHAKA MANAMELA and HOD TSHILIDZI THENGA intervene promptly to ensure that the City of Ekurhuleni fixes the STREETLIGHTS in our community so that our streets are safe. The lack of streetlights causes residents to live in fear and facilitates criminal activity.
