i’m signing because stephanie jones and her son deserve justice! i lived in south bend while at saint mary’s college and witnessed first hand the racism and injustice perpetrated by its local goverment and white residents. i would NEVER have voted for Buttigieg because of this. despite being a part of the LGBT community I told everyone i knew not to trust him and to look into his misdeeds and crimes as mayor of the town i lived in.

I'm signing because Jiha'd did not get the decency of a throrough investigation. I do not believe any evidence or lack there of suggested suicide. None of the stories match up. He was cremated in less than 48 hours which is against state law alone!

I was a friend of Jihad's when I was a freshman in high school and he was a senior. We had a class together and became friends from day one because I knew he was one of the good ones. We laughed a lot together and he made that class my favorite because it was always good to see him. I wish he had told me about his troubles at the time and his issues with bullying, but I was just a dumb 24 year old, so what did I know. I haven't forgotten about Jihad and I don't believe his death was a suicide. He deserves justice, as does his mom.

Jiha'd & his family deserve for the TRUTH to be uncovered! I believe in my soul that this young man was murdered. Shame on the city of South Bend & shame on Mayor Pete!
