I too have been a victim of my pet's being stolen from some wannabe local thugs or goons who have no sense of sympathy over the fact that pet owner's spends years & years of commitment to nurture their pets with immense love & care eventually becoming integrated as part of the family itself.
This should be regulated all over Nagaland & not only just in Kohima.
