ESAMELCO's service sucks. Their is a great chance of our electronics beeing broken or might even cause an unexpected fire due to their frequent power interruption and/or fluctuations. They must be held responsible for their incompetence. We had a case wherein our reading per SOA did not match with the actual reading on the meter. And up until now, the issue is not yet resolved.

Im signing this petition because I want to hear concrete plans on how Esamelco could improve their services. Many of our appliances are broken because of sudden fluctuate and sudden strong electricity. Most of the time, the electric energy is so low that even a single electric fan cant function well. My only wish is to improve their services.
