I'm signing because we already need to fix this long time inconvenience. This is to enhance the service of the electricy matter in the province of Eastern Samar. For being irresponsible of the ESAMELCO in terms of sudden black out/electricity malfunction. That can affect the electrical appliances and most worst the businesses that needed electricity to preserve thier cold products and other related matter.
