since the private schools are working under the ministry of education rules and conditions and are licensed and recognized why this recognition is ignored by the government universities .

It is a matter of justice that access to public universities is granted to all citizens of the Republic regardless of which secondary school they attended. Public universities are publicly funded, we all contribute by out taxes and it should be illegal to exclude any on a discriminatory basis.

This is an unfair treatment on students, who shoold be fairly treated from the state universities, as all other universities abroad welcome our students. The only ones which closed doors is our Cyprus state universities!
