COVID vaccine Mandate

I do not believe a company should be allowed to decide if an employee requires a vaccine that does not reduce transmission of an illness!

Tanya Panetti (Lanesboro, 2022-10-25)

#4

I have had 3 shots and have had long term effects .

Stacy Sanchez (Pittsfield , 2022-10-25)

#5

I believe in patient autonomy.
The vaccine does not prevent an individual from contracting the illness
The vaccine does not prevent transmission of the virus.

James Carothers (Williamstown , 2022-10-25)

#8

Don’t put experimental vaccines into my wife and the mother of my children.

Ryan Panetti (Lanesborough, 2022-10-25)

#10

The pandemic is over!!!!!

Amanda Baumann (Pittsfield, 2022-10-25)

#15

I do not believe that I should be forced to receive a vaccine that I do not want or need. I am a remote worker.

Amy Bonneville (Clarksburg, 2022-10-25)

#16

I’m signing this because I do not believe we should be mandated to receive boosters

Katie Wren (Pittsfield , 2022-10-25)

#18

I recently was positive for covid. Two weeks before I tested posted the state of MA lifted our paid time sick, now BMC is trying to mandate a booster when I have already received the mandatory FIRST TWO VACCINES!! ANDDDDDDD had one booster already (willingly) I refused to keep getting these boosters as every single time I received any of the injections related to covid I became very ill. I respect everyone and their own choices to do whatever they wish to with their OWN body, please respect mine.

Brittany Peters (Hinsdale , 2022-10-25)

#19

This will go down as Crimes against Humanity if this is allowed!
The CDC and FDA have already admitted that these shots do NOT prevent people from getting Covid!!
We have been LIED to!!
Stop this insanity!!

Debra Wood (North Adams, 2022-10-25)

#26

Not ok

Ashleigh Anthony (Dalton, 2022-10-25)

My body my choice

I’ve been vaccinated and boostered and had Covid twice in the past 3 years working at BMC. This booster is not necessary.

Samantha Parkington (Housatonic, 2022-10-25)

#29

This is a choice people should make on their own, not be forced to take something to work in a “free country”.

Doug Peters (Hinsdale, 2022-10-25)

#37

Lack of evidence for the efficacy for their reasons to mandate this booster.

Stephen Faucher (Adams, 2022-10-25)

#40

It's crap to force someone to do something against their will and hold them hostage. As Biden even said, covid is over for thr most part and all benefits from it are done so why force people to get yey another unproven shot?

Dave Mason (Pittsfield, 2022-10-25)

#42

I 100% agree and want this in the eagle and posted on social media!! Great choice of words, thank you for speaking up. My thoughts exactly.

Shauna Blake (Pittsfield , 2022-10-25)

#46

I’m signing based on my rights for freedom and the fact that these are all experimental.

Elisha Young (Williamstown, 2022-10-25)

#48

My body-my choice.

Jacqueline Smith (North adams, 2022-10-25)

#49

I have gotten so sick from the vaccines and still contracted covid and within 3 months of getting vaccinated-I should not be forced to choose between my bodily rights and my employment. I have been dedicated to BHS for 15 years.

Fredina Davis (Malta, 2022-10-25)

#50

There is no need to mandate additional vaccinations for the employees. Management is overstepping their authority. The employees wear protective gear already. There is also no evidence that a vaccinate person does not spread the virus.

Gerald Biron (Adams , 2022-10-25)

#51

I should have the right to choose what goes into my body. Bottom line.

Beth Conkey (Stockbridge, 2022-10-25)

#53

My body my choice

Kaitlyn Sanchez (North adams, 2022-10-25)

#57

I feel it is a personal choice and my employer should not have the right to force me to receive a vaccine. It should be my medical decision only!

Linda Alibozek (Adams , 2022-10-25)

#60

I received the first Covid vaccine and have not got any boosters. I only did the first vaccine because we were mandated to do so and I was afraid to lose my job. I do not want to get any other vaccines I have not had Covid nor has anyone in my family had Covid and my young child never got any vaccines either. I don’t believe that I should be forced to get the vaccine. It’s my right as a citizen to choose what I put in my body.

Shelly Schwarz (Pittsfield, 2022-10-25)

#61

I had initial vaccines and 2 boosters , and I just recently had Covid!!
People should not be mandated to have a vaccine or booster that does not protect them against Covid!

Richard Wood (North Adams , 2022-10-25)

#62

I am a nurse who can not work because I suffered from the vaccine and won’t get a booster. When will the lives of everyday ppl matter more than pharmaceutical profits

Elizabeth Breau (Blandford, 2022-10-25)

#64

It should be my choice what I put in my body!

Sandra Poudrier (Pittsfield , 2022-10-25)

#72

What you choose to do with your own body should not be dictated by your career/place of employment.

Daralyn Klemansky (Dalton, 2022-10-25)

#73

I believe these vaccines do more harm than good. Too many staff have already lost their jobs.

Amy Cary (ADAMS, 2022-10-25)

#75

I am signing this petition because I stand for medical freedom. What is stated in this petition was true in 2021 with the first vaccine mandate at Berkshire Medical. I was terminated after 18 years of dedication to a company. I had a job that I loved that I worked hard to get to and it supported my family. My life was turned upside down. As a single mother with 2 young boys this was devastating. To mandate a shot that should be individualized and does not stop the spread for company gain is disgusting. We are not numbers, we are humans and deserve to be treated as one.

Jennifer Luzis (Pittsfield, 2022-10-25)

MY BODY MY CHOICE

Ashley Platt (Saint Petersburg , 2022-10-25)

#96

There is more and more evidence that people have incurred bodily injuries from these injections! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! The first 2 COVID shots were forced on me against my beliefs and I am not willing to put my body in more danger.

Melissa Koszelnik (Adams, 2022-10-25)

I was fired from bmc for refusing covid vaccine in 2021

DONT TREAD ON ME

Zachary Whitman (Pittsfield , 2022-10-25)

#107

It should be our medical decision. Not an employer decision.

Julie Murphy (Pittsfield , 2022-10-25)

#111

I think it should be up to the individual

Carol Smith (Pittsfield , 2022-10-25)

#112

I agree with the staff/nurses/doctors who wish not to receive more vaccines. Check the data

Sarah Simmons (Lee, 2022-10-25)

#114

I have no problem getting the vaccine but the fact that it is mandated after the first one is absurd.

Nicole Bianco (Lee , 2022-10-25)

#118

Im signing this because i have cancer and i dont want to be sick anymore

Linda Clark (Pittsfield, 2022-10-25)

#119

My body my choice!!

Tabitha VanDeusen (Becket , 2022-10-25)

#121

I’m signing this because it should be our choice I have a guy in Covid with the shot it doesn’t really matter at this point no more and people with religious beliefs and medical conditions should not have to get it and suffer the consequences

Tyler Alfonso (Pittsfield , 2022-10-25)

#122

I don't feel this should be mandated because it's not going to stop you from contracting covid.

Michele Alfonso (Pittsfield , 2022-10-25)

#124

The Covid shots have not been tested. Big Pharma, the Deep State & the Cabal want to make more money & eliminate our population. The shots are deadly!

Donald & Beverly Hebler (Lenox, 2022-10-25)

#129

Because I do not feel comfortable getting these unproven vaccines and don't want to suffer long term affects later in my life because of them

William Mondia (Clarksburg , 2022-10-25)

#135

It’s just ridiculous.

Caroline Tomkowicz (Adams, 2022-10-25)

#136

My rights don't end where your fear begins 🙂

Eric Graack (North Adams, 2022-10-25)

#137

I’m signing because the research is not there for another booster especially for my demographic age/position (healthy 20s and no patient contact). How can a hospital mandate a vaccine, when they won’t even pay their employees who contract the illness? If I have to use my own earn time when I’m sick, then I should chose what vaccines I put into my body.

Kelsie Glinski (Pittsfield, 2022-10-25)

#139

I believe in a persons right to choose.

Colleen McGrath (Pittsfield, 2022-10-25)

We are all masking, and I'm sick and tired of my employer having control over my body and what I put in it!

Leilani Hover (Stephentown, 2022-10-25)

#148

I feel strongly about the points raised in this petition.

Virginia Casey (West Stockbridge, 2022-10-25)

#153

I'm signing because I should have the right to make a choice of what is put into my body. I felt unsafe with the mandate of the other vaccinations and feel I have negative effects from. Receiving them.

Gabrielle Schnopp (Dalton, 2022-10-25)

#157

I am signing because I refuse to inject any more vaccines related to Covid into my body. They are not going to stop me from potentially getting it and they are not going to stop me from spreading it. I trust my own immune system to do it’s job and fight Covid on its own. The fact that BMC is MANDATING something that has zero impact on the community and the spread of Covid is absolutely absurd. This has to end. I am done being told what to do to my own body.

Kelsie Leon (Petersburg, 2022-10-26)

#160

Statistical data proves the vaccine does not stop infection or spread. People should have the right to choose whether they put something in their bodies.

Kimberly Steinman (Pittsfield, 2022-10-26)

#161

My body my choice

Joélle Walker (Pittsfield, 2022-10-26)

#168

It’s unfair to make people put things Into there body that has proven to have had more side effects and negative reactions than it has done good.

Thomas Dicroce (Pittsfield , 2022-10-26)

#169

I am a former employee who was suspended and then ultimately terminated for not getting vaccinated due to a medical exemption. A medical exemption that was accepted by occupational health as valid for not just the covid vaccine but the flu shot as well. My husband and many of my friends have been forced to get these vaccines in order to keep their jobs even though many people have had adverse effects. I find this to be a violation of our rights and a huge overstep of power by the administration.

Brandy Jaros (New Ashford, 2022-10-26)

#170

These are ridiculous!

Carl Dolle (Berlin, 2022-10-26)

#172

I got my first 2 mandated shots with the second one giving me palpations for 5 weeks after it. Then i got covid.

Paula Walton (Pittsfield, 2022-10-26)

#173

This should be a choice not be mandated!!

Rhianon Hayes (Hendersonville , 2022-10-26)

#175

I do not believe in unconstitutional mandates.

Nate Larabee (Pittsfield, 2022-10-26)

#184

I to was forced to have the vaccination that I was 100% against and suffer side effects

Shenna Burke (Pittsfield , 2022-10-26)

#185

I’m signing because I disagree with the unethical treatment of employees by BMC.

John Crockwell (Ocala, 2022-10-26)

#186

My religious exemption was denied by Berkshire Health Systems/Berkshire Medical Center in September of 2021. I worked for BHS/BMC as an RN for 9.5 years. I worked COVID ICU during the worst of the pandemic, and contracted COVID in 2020 prior to the vaccine rollout. I had positive antibodies by lab draw up until October 2021 (have not checked since). I relocated my entire family to Florida where I have been able to work as an ICU nurse with approved religious exemptions. BMC terminated me over a “vaccine” that does NOT stop the spread of the virus. This needs to STOP for my hometown community!

Ashley Crockwell (Ocala, Florida, 2022-10-26)

#190

I believe in my body my choice and I support all the staff on that right

Carlie McGrath (Adams, 2022-10-26)

#196

Because it's the right thing to do!
Most people around me who have had 1, 2 and 3 BOOSTERS now, have gotten covid & MORE THAN ONCE, actually several times!!
Enough is enough!

Megan Mickle (Dalton, 2022-10-26)

#199

To force employees against their will is not only immoral but unethical

Mike Griffin (Pittsfield, 2022-10-26)

#200

Sue to the vaccine mandate, I have had to put my future nursing career on hold because my body is too sensitive to vaccines and I chose not to vaccinate and had to drop out of the nursing program at BCC despite having every desire to put myself on the front lines.

Melanie Tierney (Pittsfield, 2022-10-26)
