For more than a week we are butling with the power. First it was due to a cable fault. For 4 days we had no power. Then they connect the faulty cables again and we have too high and too low voltages. Since the 5th we need to run the generator constantly. The technitions are uncompotent and have no confedence. We the residents are sick & tired to pay for NO SERVICE AT ALL!!!

We are often out of electricity while not according to the loadshedding schedule. Also when repair teams aee sent out they sometimes just tape up the problem, which will more than likely need to be fixed again in a few days. Instead of fixing the problem properly. We have to pay our electrical bills without fail or ee are cut but what exactly are we paying for.... We shpuld starr pay shedding for the times we dont have electricity and have our appliances and motors burn out because of all the power surges.

I have had enough of incompetence using overtime of contractor as an excuse , only allowed to work 5 hours per day they cannot work if they have exceeded their hours by the 25th all the energy issues must then wait till the 1st of the next month when their hours reset and starts as new month

My Loss of perishables has amounted to no less than R1700 over the last 3 months.

I as a 66 year old white will go to the streets and join any protest with the hope that someone in the energy dept will see the light and do something positive about the situation.
