I Have small children and agree and support the above.

Le Roux van Wyk (Pretoria, 2023-06-17)

The college and the owners of the building are operating illegally. The property is not zoned for the use and the property is not suited to be used as a college. This affects us as residents of the residential suburb in which this property is situated.

Dennis Cooke (Pretoria, 2023-06-17)

Illegal use of the land as described above.

Harry Gazendam (Pretoria, 2023-06-17)

#22

Xcelpark does not have the zoning rights to accommodate an institution of education on its premises. To lease their property out to Damelin without these rights in place and without going through due processes to obtain these rights, is illegal use of the land and a flagrant disregard for the law. As a resident in the suburb, I am directly affected by the current situation. The students too are victims of circumstances because the premises Damelin is leasing provides no recreational facilities for them.

Sharon Cooke (Pretoria , 2023-06-17)

Linda Page (Pretoria, 2023-06-17)

#80

I'm signing because if unruly and unlawful behaviour as committed by the Damelin students isn't nipped in the bud, it will escalate and become unmanageable. Damelin should be prosecuted for illegally running a tertiary institution on the premises, and relocate with immediate effect. If relocation doesn't happen immediately, they should be forced by law to appoint security guards to ensure that the students behave themselves.
