I don’t want to see the site becoming a taxi rank. There is a gathering of taxi’s in the area, the sidewalk isn’t being cleaned anymore, unnecessary and illegal food stalls gathering of people and lots of litter being strewn around. Taxi’s turning into the road and driving reckless, not considering other road users.
People / drivers are sleeping in their taxis during work hours.
Property value will decrease if this continues.

It is very unsafe, unhygienic, and a crime haven! I have personally seen taxis in the past involved in attempted ground cable theft in broad daylight and when I take pictures they pack the tools away and drive off. I have also seen taxi drivers urinating there in public, and their driving in and out has many a time come close to causing serious accidents.

The taxis are parking on the pavement obstructing pedestrian sidewalk. There is not sufficient waiting/ rank space for taxis and passengers as a result there is high potential for road accidents for cars turning into Selati road. Also this creates a significant hyegiene challenge with no ablution facilities, and increases potential for crime with criminals hiding as passengers.
