I don’t agree with all the unnecessary bills we keep paying, especially when we are paying certain fees for Unilodge
Also how the insurance is set up, if this was done properly we the owners would save quite a lot just on this alone

We cannot condone fraud on the minority. There are too many questions that go unanswered, too many errors due to lack of interest or attention to detail, slip through that causes additional costs, and a total lack of transparency. the levies reached almost half of the purchase price of my unit this levy is implemented within 3 years and is beyond any reason. I don't know who is responsible, I don't care. but the middle class poor people like me think that we are robbed. by this scandal. I have taken the loan to pay the levies. and the strata apply 10% interest for unpaid levies. i don't know where we get investment returns with 10% Australia
