Our CVS don't get to the right people while applying for jobs. Our certificates are thrown in boxes.

Submission of applications through hand delivery at schools it's costly,it limits the chances of all those interested to submit since we are not working and we don't have money to go to other provinces

I'm signing because hand delivery at school for posts does not really make sence to me. We apply for jobs because we ayre unemployed and we do not have money. Hand delivery costs a lot, typying of CV, printing, making copies, plus traveling fees. We are in South Africa, a country that is advanced in technology. Why then do we have to continue with this thing of hand delivery?

Requiring unemployed teachers to pay for expensive copies and transportation fees is unfair considering that unemployed people don't have such money to travel all over the country applying for teaching jobs.

Schools must allow job applicants to apply using email in order to reduce the cost of applying for jobs.

We are already unemployed and we have to spend alot of money to travel just to submit post, that's with zero guarantee
