South African Government must re-open land claims for the dispossessed people to put claims over their land still occupied by white people and farmers in South Africa

We the undersigned people are fundamentally against the suspension of the land claims in South Africa.

We, therefore, demand that the South African Government i.e.

1.  Must lodge an urgent court application for the immediate re-opening of land claims so that the land still under white people can return to its rightful owners through the land claim processes;

2. Must re-open land claims for the dispossessed people to put claims over their land still occupied by white people and white farmers;

3. Must stop leasing or/ and selling farms and land supposed to be claimed by its potential rightful owners to other people who have no historical background in any land in question because the potential rightful owners cannot put claims at the moment due to the court judgment of 2016 which has put land claims process on ice and

4. Must lease or grant the land that it (the government) has bought from farmers for Land Restitution purposes only to those who have a potential land claim and be used for the purposes of the lease in line with the government policies.
