Stop cat trapping in La Fontana

We want to stop the trapping of cats in La Fontana.  We feel that there are better ways to deal with animal complaints and trapping of housecats should be the last resort after all other possible revenues have been explored.  We live in a pet friendly complex and all animals should be treated humanly and with respect.
