STOP expedition 2021 and radio recovery

In 2021 OceanGate would like to start an expedition where private individuals can dive to the wreck of the Titanic, play video games in the submarine and explore the wreck
Furthermore, the RMS Titanic inc would like to recover the radio of the Titanic, whereas they accept opening the unstable ceiling of the radio room

This is a massive intervention which is also accepted that the ceiling and other decks collapse
