support every students parent hit by covid-19 pandemic

As we all know that this COVID-19 pandemic has hit whole global economically. 50 % of population lost their job and other 50% are struggling with whatever they are left with .People are still struggling to manage two times meals for their family. Many get back to their villages for the basic life needs . Government is saying to banks and commercial authorities to not take monthly installments of rents/loans . But in this all thier is a class of student which is completely dependent on colleges for study and on parents for fees . Not any government authority or other organisation are helping them directly or indirectly.

      Parents are being pressurised by colleges to pay full fees even colleges are not having expenses of

1)electricity,

2)labs ,

3)canteens, 

4)workshops ,

5)housekeeping maintenance, 

6)printing expenses ,

7)teaching staff are getting payed partially,

8)gym fees , ID card charges 

even in some colleges non teaching staff are not payed from the day of pandemic started

               and many other expenses are being saved .so why colleges are demanding full fees . And in some colleges it's demanded on urgent basis. This is disturbing mentally and economically parents as well as students . 

        We are making this petition to urge authorities that they should cut down all the charges except tuition fees or Give any discount from fee structure of student . We are going to send this to state and central ministry of education, ministry of HRD  both state and central , UGC and University of Mumbai.  So we request you to sign this petition ,mention your problems and forward this.
