SUPPORT FR.STANY, CONDEMN MDCCA

 Dear brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ its been a high time now to still remain as a mute spectators perhaps our silence is misunderstood. I would like to draw your attention towards an unfair act being done by a person with vicious intentions in his mind for baking his political beans. The main conception and idea he has in his mind is to breach the harmony in the Catholic Church especially the Mysore Diocese. As you are very well aware that this person is Stephen Sujith who is very well known for violating the first commandment in the Ten Commandments i.e. “I am the Lord your God and you shall have no strange Gods before me”. In connection to this you can also find the photographs enclosed. It is very much evident by this that this man pretends to be a Catholic just to execute his political interest. Moreover the Catholic Church should not be a channel to gain this. His futile association which is an Asylum of Most Disturbed Charlies is to be condemned at least at this stage before it devastates the entire Catholic Church. At several instances it is proved that they are fraudulent and one such instance is the vacation of stay against the renovation of the Old Bishop House wherein the Court had severely warned Stephen Sujith for furnishing fake data and misguiding the Court. One more instance which is clearly evident that he is a double standard is that he was the first person to raise his voice in favour of Bishop K.A.William and termed him as an exemplary/visionary and at a later date has been opposing him through spreading false information against him. At his political campaign he was shameless to inadvertently claim himself as a Catholic Community Leader (Catholica Samudhayadha Nayaka in Kannada). The question that often bothers me is that who has made him a leader. However God is great as all his political efforts went in vain wherein the people were cognizant to elect the leaders to come to power. Further to the above now the Charlie Stephen Sujith has come up with a new content to create chaos in the Diocese of Mysore. It is the re-allotment of the confiscated sites which were allotted by Late Rev Fr.Dennis Norohna to the Catholic people with an intention to provide an amenity of shelter to the poor. It is now the Cathedral Parish Society, Mysorewhich is an authorized entity to re-allot the sites and it was a fruit of the tireless efforts of two Bishops, Rev.Thomas Vazhapilly and Rev Dr.K.A.William in spite of various legal hurdles. At a fine day when the entire project has come to a conclusion, the Most Distrubed Christian Charlie Asylum has blatantly come forward to take credits of others efforts. In this regard they have also collected money from the innocent poor site holders stating that they have initiated legal action to regain the sites till date surprisingly any such document has been produced and published. At the outset it is the only Cathedral Parish Society which has legally proceeded the case at High Court of Karnataka and been victorious in regaining the confiscated sites and arrived at an allotment stage. It is to be determined in our minds that only Cathedral Parish Society is the legal entity that could allot the sites to the site losers/holders. Let us educate the innocent site losers who would at one fine day be deceived by these predators of power and money. The MDCCA has joined hands with another futile association Christian Welfare Association and unanimously co-opted Stephen Sujith as its president. It is to bring to your kind information that once these members have deceived people collecting money for allotment of sites. At times they were even slippered for such acts by the victims. And today the history repeats as they do the same. In spite of this cheap fame game they have now been accusing a well renowned priest who has contributed a lot to the faithful through his pastoral ministry and also social service. It is Fr.Stany Almeida the Parish Priest of St.Joseph’s Cathedral who has gained a good reputation all over his service. At this juncture now Stephen Sujith has come up with such an allegation that would once for all tarnish the image of Fr.Stany Almeida by accusing him of secretly selling sites to a builder landing into a scam of 6 crores. The allegation is baseless and has no relevant evidence to justify it. And somehow the Charlie has targeted the innocent site losers who are not aware about truth and has instilled in their minds this false information. The Cathedral Parish is very much firm and definite in allotting sites to all the site losers i.e. 1462 members with good amenities without even demanding a single pie. Now it is for us to distinguish and discern as to who is executing the project with a service motive. Let us just contemplate about one thing that our religion is not the one which deceives its faithful and Our Priests are not greedy that they have to deceive poor people. The entire intention of Fr.Norohna has been made alive today by the efforts of Fr.Stany Almeida the Secretary of Cathedral Parish society. Moreover Fr.Norohna himself has incorporated in his will that the sites are to be allotted by the Cathedral Parish Society itself and no other organizations/associations in order to enable a genuine uniform allotment. The prime intention of this petition is to raise voice against the submission of a memorandum by the Most Disturbed Christian Charlie Asylum to transfer Fr.Stany Almeida from St.Josephs Cathedral in connection to the baseless allegation of secretly selling sites to the extent of 6 crores. Stephen Sujith has accused Fr.Stany but has not been proved as it is only an accusation, the Court itself will name as accused instead of criminal till such time it is proved. Stephen Sujith has not even given an opportunity for the Apostolic Administrator Rev Dr.Bernard Moras to even conduct a fact finding enquiry about the same and has threatened that he would go for a 40 men protest at 01.08.2023. Let us now express and educate such vicious creatures that his allegation has still to be examined, probed and then proved at the Court and this allegation has no connection with his pastoral activities. The parishioners of St.Joseph’s Cathedral should not be deprived of the love of Christ shared through the pastoral ministry of Fr.Stany Almeida just to please an outsider with an intention of political power. We shall not let such people to insist the Apostolic Administrator to transfer our Parish Priest as he does not hold any locus standi for the same. The Apostolic Administrator is very much cognizant of his power which is curtailed or restricted to certain extent, however he should not escalate it to the appropriate authorities fearing to face a protest. At such instance we the parishioners will go for a massive protest in support of Fr.Stany Almeida. Hence I hereby come up with this petition both in online as well as manual forum. In view of this I request all of you to sign this petition not only to save a faithful priest but also condemn MDCCA headed by Stephen Sujith. The same shall be submitted to the Apostolic Administrator Rev Dr.Bernard Moras too for necessary action.
