We are against the mistreatment ,favoritism,the abuse of power and the causing of emotional damage amongst employees. As this is our 2nd petition we still his action highly discouraging.

As we are still against the mistreatment ,favoritism, emotional damage amongst employees and the abuse of power. We find such treatment at discouraging and highly detrimental for our professional growth.

With this we ask that he must be remove from his position and give someone who is competent, well manered ,professional and who will not be personal & controlling

He is treating us as employees unfair, there is alot of favourites inside, we get threats of being fired for no reason.We sign a Contract stating we are working for 45hours per, but we are working more than 45hours per week. His favorites are getting weekends off and get 2days off. The eniquality that happens there it divides employees.He is a Bully, he's cruel., he undermines emploees, he lack respect torward employees He is also the reason why many employees are absconding their job, the emotiona abuse we get from him made us to lose interest in work for Shop and emotional damage affect us in a negative way, we also no longer happy for work for PnP because of him. And the lack of PPE puts our lifes at risk and the thing of putting Canteen and toilets at the place affect,  because healthy and safety act is not practise.
