This is the 3rd petition.We are still against the abuse, and mistreatment and it's the last time writing a petition someone outside will hear us.

One of our Supervisors who's name is Irvin Dlamini has caused nothing but troubles. He likes to instigate conflicts among the employees. He is a habitual liar and likes to claim people said something they didn't just because he is upset with his own problems. In order to have a peaceful work environment we need him gone.

Iam writing this petition to address a pressing issue that affects many individuals in the hostile work environment. It is with great concern and disappointment that I bring attention to abusive behavior displayed by Irvin within our organization. His action have created an atmosphere of fear, discomfort and harassment for employees , undermining their wellbeing and overall job satisfaction.

As an employee who has personally experienced the detrimental affects of this supervisor abuse of power. I feel compelled to share our story on  several occasions. I have  been subjected to verbal insults and belittlement by this individual. His demeaning language not only erode our self-esteem but also hamper our ability to perform at our best.

Furthermore, witnessing his mistreatment towards other colleagues has left us deeply disturbed. Many employees have expressed feelings of anxiety and stress due to constant intimidation tactics employed by this supervisor. This toxic environment not only affect our mental health but also hinder productivity withini the workplace.

It is crucial for any organization's success that it's leader prioritize creating a safe working environment where everyone feel respected and valued. Unfortunately this supervisor have consistently failed dismally in this regard. Therefore, we urge the immediate removal of this individual from his position as his unfit for leadership role due to his abusive behavior.

We believe that every employee deserves fair treatment without fear of retaliation when voicing concern or seeking assistance from higher management. By removing this abusive supervisor we can begin to rebuild trust and foster a workplace culture that promotes inclusivity, respect and personal growth.

We call upon the owners of our organization to take swift action in this matter and implementing appropriate measures to address this issue. It is essential that a thorough investigation must be conducted, ensuring the voices of all affected employees are heard and their experiences validated.
