Change laws:Give children a voice at the age of 6 and let them participate in divorce decisions from the age of 12 when there is a suspicion of abuse/Inspect&monitor consultants/change alimony rules

Change laws:

1. Give children the right to decide and have a final vote on residence arrangements in case of divorce between parents from the age of 12 instead of 18 if child abuse is suspected and give children a voice from the age of 6

2. Carry out inspections and permanent checks on youth consultants

There are several children who are heard by the juvenile court but unfortunately not believed. However, the juvenile court is assisted by 1 CRUCIAL person who often eliminates all care providers 1 by 1, namely the youth consultant. Many youth consultants threaten the children to place them in institutions, far away from their friends and the school. Often these youth consultants succeed.

Because of this, the juvenile court has wrong information. The consultant often assists and helps the perpetrator parent of abuse. Also this consultant eliminates the caring parent as well as their family.

The child stands alone. It depends on the perpetrator's mood whether or not the children have to endure heavy beatings or mental aggression. The children are isolated from hobbies, friends and under constant surveillance. The children don't live anymore, they only have to survive.

Therefore, consultants should be checked frequently.

The children no longer develop but have to "survive" until they are 18 years old.

It is much-needed for children to be heard by the judge from 6years old.Give children the right to decide and have a final vote on residence arrangements in case of divorce between parents from the age of 12 instead of 18 if child abuse is suspected. So they still have a decent childhood.

This obliges juvenile courts to take care for children who are begging for help.

3. Change the rules of the alimony

When a parent wants to raise his/her child(ren) AND the children want to live with this parent, but the juvenile court decides that this parent will receive a restraining order, this parent hasn't to pay the alimony anymore.
