We, the undersigned Free State farmers and concerned community members, submit this petition to express our significant apprehension and strong reservations regarding the proposed prospect of bringing back service providers or implementing agents to execute the Free State Farmers' Grant Scheme. We firmly believe that the adoption of a money transfer system is not only essential for the direct benefit of farmers but also a critical step towards eliminating corruption and favoritism that have plagued previous projects.
