I do not mind paying up front, but know it will end up a hassle to get money back when things go wrong .

We work for the company- they should make it as easy as possible for us to use our benefits- paying in advance for a service that will probably have to be refunded or changed makes more work for everyone! Simplify and payroll deduct after the fact!!!!

We've already taken major hits in the pocket as well as work rules. Now they want to charge us to non rev too? Keep in mind we had to have been with the company a certain number of years before we could fly for free in coach domestically. And that perk too is going to taken away from us? The morale at this company is already at an all time low, doing this says we, the employees mean absolutely nothing to this company.

Because it works very well for all of the employes. It's very convenient. One less thing to worry about when making plans to travel as a non-rev.

Because I love having it taking out of my paycheck instead of paying upfront

Don't try to fix what is not broken. Payroll deduction has worked well for years.

Payroll deduction is the most efficient method to manage non rev travel charges.

I don't understand why corporate insist on making our jobs as complicated as possible !!! What the hell have we done wrong to make this company turn on it's employees.

I believe the proposed change is to the way we pay for charges.  Not to make changes to the non rev fees. So, if we fly free now, we will continue.

When Mr. Parker was courting the unions and employees of AA to push for the AA-US merger, he PROMISED that we would have a voice in the travel policy integration process. That turned out to be untrue as he and his US management team came up with a plan to merge programs behind closed doors. I would like some input in how I am charged for non-rev travel. You promised me a voice Mr. Parker.

It is a great way to manage our travel, this is,a world of Internet payment and should remain that way with AA

I do not care for payroll deduction. If they make a mistake oh well wait for in your next check or the one after that. Pay as I go.

I am LUS. As an employee, I feel a perk to all employees would be having the choice to do payroll deduction or pay up front if needed. It should be a choice of preference.

Keep this as it is, why bother with more burocracy and handing out more personal information than needed? why fix whats not broken??..... or at least we should have this as our choice to payroll deduct in opposition of whatever charging program they will use with credit/debit cards... dangerous with all the hacking and identity thefts happening.

Keep payroll deduction.  On our salaries paying up front is runway robbery if you dont get on! . How despicable!

I signed because some things just make sense and just as I who is LAA, this works. Its easy. Its no big deal. I think its asinine that I have to pre-pay or pay with some Credit card thats for travel. All is unnecessary. Just take it out my check. I dont care. I dont owe nothing. AA has their money and I did what I needed to do. Some things from LUS dont make sense but WE have to deal with it. This is truly 1 product that works great. Leave it alone. You're US Air way was not the only way out there.

Right!  Exactly.  USAir has to many variables.   What if u pay for coach and all thats available is first??? Well i have 25+ years so I dont pay for coach travel, so would I have to buy a fc pass just to make sure???? Sounds crazy.  Other airlines have always wanted to travel as AA employees do.  Just leave it alone.   Please just leave it

AA/USAir doesnt even refund REVENUE PASSENGERS.   Why u want to wait for them to give you YOUR money back??? No.  If I fly u take it out.  If I dont, NO ❤️ lost.  C'mon yall
