Is this what our tax money is used for? Leaving defctive traffic lights unattended while stuffing up the traffic flow further by putting pointsmen at fully functional traffic lights! As if it isn't enough to just hide behind bushes with their radar guns.......got to love the JMPD their arse-over-face thinking!!!!!
