Please stop this cruel way of reducing the numbers of dogs in South sinai, with the support of Animal welfare groups and funding neutering can control numbers, puppies being born will significanlty reduce the number of stray dogs- please realise that dogs and all small animals are gods creatures, cats the favourite of the The Prophet (PBUH) he was kind to a female dog and gave her a drink of his own water rahter than see her suffer.
