I'm so happy that someone is finally taking a stand to our very immature dress code. Like real talk here, are we that offended by our own anatomy to were we can't wear a shirt that shows are shoulders? Like this school obviously isn't teaching us to be adults, it's teaching us to hold back our self expression and judge people based on their clothing. It's not our fault some boys can't control themselves, and by the way they are only given that idea because our schools stress it so much that if your shoulder is showing then every person points it out. It's sick, that I would get SENT HOME for wearing a shirt that shows my stomach when my arms are stretched above my head.....when during school with my arms be raised this high? Definitely not out of joy, school and dress code suck. Totally ruined it for me, it literally makes me even more distracted and not able to learn. So school board, if you want us to learn let us wear what we feel comfortable in and shows our expression.
